TM Grupo Inmobiliario will invest €73 million in Lagos de Covadonga, a new residential scheme of 239 homes in Torrevieja, in the province of Alicante. The project is part of Lagoons Village by TM and follows the sale of almost all the units in Laguna Rosa, the development’s first phase.
The scheme will cover more than 39,000 sqm and offer one, two and three-bedroom homes with one or two bathrooms and a parking space. Communal areas will include swimming pools for adults and children, heated jacuzzis, children’s play areas and landscaped gardens with an ornamental lake, fountains and footpaths.
Residents will also have access to the Lagoons Village by TM Sport & Wellness Club, which will have a gym, heated swimming pools, a spa, sports courts, changing rooms and coworking spaces. The location offers access to the beaches, as well as local services and shops.
Lagoons Village by TM involves total planned investment of €375 million and the construction of 1,800 homes in 11 phases. The development covers 264,000 sqm between the Rosa and La Mata lagoons and includes new avenues, green spaces and improved urban connections.
According to Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, the sales response to Laguna Rosa has driven the continuation of the project, which the company considers strategic for its growth on the Costa Blanca.
