Livensa Living Porto Campus, at Dr. Manuel Pereira da Silva street, is the name of the new student residence to open in the Portuguese city, on a terrain acquired two years ago, next to Porto University’s central campus at Asprela, near the University metro station.
580 studios will be added to the city’s offer, on a 20.000 sqm area, supported by a heated pool, bar, gym and an outdoor recreation area, besides parking for cars and bicycles, gardens and concierge services.
Temprano is also preparing a second project for this year, the Livensa Living Barcelona Diagonal Alto, with 372 premium studios spread across 10.500 sqm, with social areas, terrace, gym, pool, bar and outdoor recreation areas.
Both student residences were designed by José Quintela da Fonseca, and will open in September.
Livensa Living will be in charge of managing both residences
Livensa Living, owned by CRM Students, will be the brand in charge of marketing, selling and managing both residences.
Temprano is a coinvestor, with CPA, in Barcelona and with Carey European Student Housing Fund, in Porto.
Temprano Capital Partners currently has a portfolio of 10 projects which are operational or under development in the Iberian Peninsula for a total of approximately 3.500 beds, and wants to double this number in the next 3 years.
