Temprano Capital Partners will be the developer of this project, included in the TSL - Early Student Living program that currently has four projects in Portugal, which include projects completed as under development, and three projects in Spain in the development phase. Therefore, the TSL program will provide a total of 2,400 lofts.
The new residence in Valencia will be able to accomodate 290 students in a 10,000 m2 building. Given the central location of the plot, the residence will have good access to the main university campus, the tramway and the extensive cycle path network in Valencia.
After seeing an opportunity in Valencia, a city with universities such as the Polytechnic of Valencia or the University of Valencia, among many others, Temprano Capital Partners observed that the offer of residences is now obsolete and decided to invest in this project.
The residence will offer all the services that a student look for today: private gym, swimming pool and sauna, a lounge club and dinner area and private parties, a movie theater, a library, all-inclusive rents and a 24-hour concierge . And of course, individual lofts with all the comforts such as kitchen, bathroom, high speed Wi-Fi and television, as well as a private study area for students who prefer it, adapting to the different needs of the residents.
