Livensa Living will be charged with managing the business, revealed daily newspaper Eje Prime this Tuesday. The 10.500 sqm building offers several common areas such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, library, game and multimedia room, amongst others.
Five new projects in Spain – located in Seville, Valencia, Granada and Madrid – should open their doors within the next three years. Together they should have a total combined area of 44.300 sqm. The amount to be invested in these new projects was not disclosed by the same newspaper.
Despite this being its debut in Spain, this is not the first time Temprano invests in this alternative segment. In Portugal, the company already has two units: one in Porto and another in Lisbon and it will open 3 new units in this country next year: one in Lisbon, one in Porto and one in Coimbra. These three new student residences should offer a total combined area of 38.800 sqm.
In total, these new units will offer 5.000 new beds to students in both these Iberian countries.
