One of the tender’s terms, revealed by regional diary SUR, is that the terrain should be used for a period of 37 years, and that the asset’s construction should take only 2 years.
This tender comes at a time when «there are several investors interested» in this real estate segment, explained Raúl López, Councilman for Territorial Planning at the Malaga municipality.
The terrain has 2.699 sqm, which allow for the construction of a building with more than twice that area – 6.747 sqm. The terrain is located at Avenida Parménides in Malaga.
