Neobricks has acquired a plot of land in Foios, in Valencia’s l’Horta Nord, where it plans to develop 141 homes with a planned investment of €32 million. The developer has not disclosed the acquisition price or the construction timetable.
The building will comprise a ground floor, three upper floors and a penthouse level, with 74 two-bedroom homes and 67 three-bedroom homes, as well as parking spaces and storage rooms. The penthouses will feature terraces.
The structure, façades and bathrooms will be built using industrialised construction techniques, transferring part of the production process to a factory to reduce work carried out on site. Idom will be responsible for the architecture and engineering, while Palanca Fontestad will handle exclusive sales.
The plot is less than 200 metres from Foios station on Metrovalencia’s Line 3, which connects the municipality with Valencia and the airport. Located around six kilometres from Valencia, Foios is part of an area where Neobricks concentrates a significant share of its residential activity.
The development adds to a portfolio of 1,150 homes across the Valencia metropolitan area, including 80 units in Torrent, scheduled for delivery in 2027; a further 160 in Massamagrell, planned for the end of that year; and 314 affordable homes in Sagunto, which remain under development.
Neobricks also owns land in Paterna, Meliana and Puçol for future residential projects, all planned using industrialised construction systems. Its presence in l’Horta Nord therefore includes the projects planned in Foios, Massamagrell, Meliana and Puçol.
