Metrovacesa has obtained a building permit for Residencial Tossal, a 64-home residential development in Castellón that will involve an investment of €13 million. Located on Avenida Valencia, the project will be the developer’s third in the city.
The development will comprise one- to four-bedroom apartments, all with terraces, a parking space and a storage room. It will also include three commercial units and 74 parking spaces.
Communal areas will feature a swimming pool, social club, gardens, a children’s area and bicycle facilities. The homes will be equipped with individual aerothermal systems for hot water production, ducted air conditioning and mechanical ventilation.
Photovoltaic panels will contribute to reducing energy consumption in the communal areas, while the project will also include the necessary pre-installation for electric vehicle charging points. Residencial Tossal is expected to achieve an A energy rating for both consumption and emissions.
The development will be located in an established urban area close to schools, shops and sports facilities, with connections to El Grao, the beaches and the main access routes to Castellón.
Residencial Tossal will expand Metrovacesa’s activity in Castellón, following the development of Villas del Mar and Residencial Las Dunas in the city’s beach area. The two previous projects comprise a total of 90 homes.
With the new development, Metrovacesa’s portfolio in Castellón will reach 154 homes across completed and projects under development.
