Ronda de Segovia, Madrid
Habitat Inmobiliaria has paid 13 million euros for a plot of land in the center of Madrid, in the Ronda de Segovia, where it plans to build 36 homes.
The buildings will have one and two bedrooms and will have a rooftop swimming pool, common garden areas and a gym.
The land has a buildable area of more than 2,580 sqm, very close to Madrid Río, 10 minutes walk from the Royal Palace and 20 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. It has access by car to the M-30 and is next to Puerta de Toledo metro station.
