JUAN ANTONIO GÓMEZ-PINTADO, PRESIDENT OF VÍA ÁGORA
Vía Ágora has won the auction for the Reyal Urbis land located in Madrid Río, next to the Manzanares Linear Park.
With this operation, the company, owned by Juan Antonio Gómez-Pintado, completes the acquisition of 100% of the site, after buying last March from Sareb the other 50% of the plots subject to auction.
The land has a buildable area of more than 7,000 sqm, on which it is expected to build around 70 new homes.
The firm is already marketing three housing projects, two of them in Madrid, in the historic center of Villa de Vallecas and in Valdebebas; and another in Andalusia, with a development under development in Mairena del Aljarafe. Its objective is to comply with a business plan that foresees a turnover of 180 million euros until 2024.
