Cushman & Wakefield has advised Pictet Techonologies, a state-of-the-art financial technology software factory that exclusively serves the needs of the Swiss Pictet Group, on the lease of its new office in Lisbon.
Founded in 2016, Pictet Technologies operates out of Luxembourg and Lisbon. With this new lease, it will occupy the entire 5th floor of IDB Lisbon, covering an area of over 2,600 sqm.
IDB Lisbon - Innovation & Design Building Lisbon is a property owned and managed by Jamestown. It stands out for its modern facilities and the ecosystem of entrepreneurship and innovation in the development, with a special focus on the arts and new technologies.
Francisco Vasconcellos, Associate in the Office Department and responsible for the Global Occupier Services area at Cushman & Wakefield, comments that "after the renovation and repositioning of the building as a hub for innovative companies, IDB Lisbon stands out in the office market in the eastern part of the city, next to Parque das Nações. Pictet Technologies sought a space with the characteristics and quality offered by IDB in this location, putting the well-being of its employees at the centre of the decision".
