International Workplace Group (IWG) has opened Signature Málaga Larios, its sixth flexible workspace in Málaga. The new space is located on Calle Marqués de Larios, in the city’s historic centre, and features private offices, co-working areas, meeting rooms and creative zones.
The facility is aimed at businesses and professionals from various sectors, including tourism, hospitality, retail and technology. It also incorporates the ‘Design Your Own Office’ service, which allows spaces to be configured according to each company’s needs.
With this opening, IWG is expanding its presence in Málaga, where it already operates HQ Flauta Mágica, Regus Plaza de la Solidaridad, Regus TechPark, HQ San Millán and Regus Juan Sebastián Elcano.
The new space has been developed through a management agreement with Longfellow Club, the property’s owner, which has invested in IWG’s platform to incorporate the Signature brand into the building.
The opening comes at a time of growth for IWG’s international network. In the first half of 2026, the company signed up 728 new locations, bringing its total to over 6,000 spaces in more than 120 countries. Ninety-five per cent of these new additions were developed through management partnership agreements. In 2025, IWG had secured 1,132 new locations worldwide.
This increase coincides with the gradual roll-out of hybrid working models. According to a study carried out by IWG and the consultancy firm Arup, this approach can boost business productivity by 11%. The company also estimates an average saving of $11,000 per employee.
