Following strong industry demand, the Portugal Real Estate Summit, taking place on 14 and 15 September, is almost sold out, with just the final 10 tickets still available.
The Hotel Palácio Estoril will host the 10th edition of the event, organised by Iberian Property, which this year will feature Portugal’s Minister for Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz. In an interview conducted by CNN journalist Anselmo Crespo, he will outline the Government’s measures to ease market constraints and encourage the creation of additional housing supply. The session will offer investors an opportunity to understand what these measures will mean in practice for those active in the Portuguese real estate market.
Over its ten editions, the Portugal Real Estate Summit has established itself as the leading forum for industry leaders to engage in meaningful dialogue and help shape the future of the real estate market in Portugal and beyond. From residential and hospitality to data centres, retail, offices and logistics, the most relevant investment segments will be under discussion, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences and learn from fellow industry professionals and leading experts.
Do not miss the opportunity to connect with key decision-makers across the industry and gain valuable insights into the forces shaping investment strategies.
Organised by Iberian Property, the Portugal Real Estate Summit is supported by Abreu Advogados, CBRE, Caixa Geral de Depósitos, Cushman & Wakefield, Deloitte, JLL, Morais Leitão, Nhood, Norfin, Refundos Explorer, Savills and Square Asset Management.
