The new facilities, built on a plot of more than 110,300 sqm, have two maneuvering bays with loading docks and a maximum height of 13.7 meters inside. In addition, they have a neighboring service building of 2,800 sqm, on the main façade.
In a process that began in mid-2020, Invertica's management has consisted of advising Geodis on the search and selection of options for its new logistics platform, as well as the subsequent negotiation and signing with Montepino for the construction of the future warehouse. .
Once this turnkey project has been delivered, Geodis will manage large-volume Amazon shipments from this logistics platform.
