With the advice of Savills, Renta Corporación has acquired an urban premises in Madrid, specifically on Calle Embajadores. This is a repositioning operation in the asset market within the tertiary sector led by Luis Guardia, Director of Tertiary Assets at Renta Corporación. Guardia assures that "we are observing that the tertiary sector is a sector with an increasing demand, and for this reason we are promoting our operations in it, responding to the market, in this case through the acquisition and transformation of a property oriented to the retail subsector" .
Renta Corporación's investment will give rise to a completely renovated premises, in which there will be, on the one hand, an establishment that will house an operator in the food sector and, on the other, will dedicate an area to its new line of business focused on storage rooms .
The premises have an area of 2,660 square meters, and previously housed a dealership. The operation responds to Renta Corporación's new strategy, consisting of acquiring large premises (former dealerships, gyms or car parks) in the two main cities of Spain, namely Madrid and Barcelona.
