The Iberian Property Investment Awards, organised by Iberian Property, are gearing up for the awards ceremony of the second edition of these awards, which will take place on the 25th of June in Madrid. These awards recognise and reward the most outstanding players and projects in the real estate investment sector in Spain and Portugal throughout 2023. One of the awaited categories is "Marketing Initiative of the Year", which recognises Marketing Campaigns for the property market, including development activity, asset management and property management in Iberia.

The advent calendar is a series of 12 windows, 12 stories and 12 real clients that BNP Paribas Real Estate represented by means of unique illustrations, accompanied by Christmas messages.
The chosen stories are success stories; indeed, the best deals that were closed. BNP focused on the shared achievements: that of a client kicking off a new project and a team that has dedicated time and effort as well as loads of enthusiasm. This is the essence of the calendar: the authenticity of the stories and the people.
LAR ESPAÑA – DUMBO THE MUSICAL
LOCATION: Staging across Spain in Lar España shopping centres.
SECTOR: Retail.
PUBLICITY: €143,101 investment.
MARKETING TOOLS: Organisation of a musical to promote social inclusion; Collaboration with associations of deaf and mute people.
The project consists of the organisation of a musical based on the story of Dumbo, adapted to convey a powerful message against bullying and promote social inclusion. The show has been conceived as a core action to contribute to the fight against bullying and the reduction of inequalities.
To achieve this purpose, an inclusive event has been designed with translators for deaf children and the participation of children’s associations specialised in this disability.
NORFIN – CAMPO NOVO NEIGHBORHOOD
LOCATION: Lisbon, Portugal.
SECTOR: Residential, Offices, and Retail.
DEVELOPMENT: €300M investment.
MARKETING TOOLS: Promotional videos; Strategic placement of outdoor advertisements across Lisbon; Publicity in prominent newspapers.
