In Barcelona and Paris, 99% of the Spanish REIT’s offices are rented, registering the highest occupancy rate in this sector. While Barcelona consolidated these values yoy, the French capital reached a new record. In 2018, it registered a 2% office occupancy rate increase, according to a release sent this Wednesday by the REIT.
In Madrid, Colonial finished the year with around 89% of its office portfolio rented, increasing 1% yoy. In terms of non-rented assets in Madrid, the Spanish REIT mentions that around 7% corresponds to the recently acquired Axiare’s portfolio.
