Among the companies absorbed by Colonial are Axiare Investigación, Desarrollo y Innovación, Axiare Properties, Chameleon (Cedro), Colonial Arturo Soria, Colonial Invest, Fincas y Representaciones, Hofinac Real Estate, LE Offices Egeo, and, lastly, Venusaur, reveals the release the REIT sent to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores.
With this operation, the companies absorbed by Colonial will be disbanded and their respective portfolios will be transferred to the REIT.
