The terrain was bought through Tempe. It has an area of around 280.000 sqm, according to EjePrime and Europapressa. Tempe was the only company interested in the asset and it has commited to not divest from it for a minimum period of 3 years.
With the sale, Valencia’s Port Authority intends to stimulate Parc Sagunt II, by acquiring new terrains to attract investors.
