The most demanded type of installation is that from the 5,000 m² and up to 15,000 m² of roof, always accompanied by a campaign that allows a logical operation, with docks and sufficient maneuvering area.
However, "this product is scarce and limits the arrival of companies to the province, where there is a large market of ships and small warehouses very focused on local operators, while a lack of supply of warehouses of a relevant size persists, that exceeds 5,000 m2," explains Vicente Bernabé, head of industrial and logistics market for Andalusia of Savills Aguirre Newman.
With an estimated demand for 2018 in Malaga and Costa del Sol of around 50,000 m2 in areas larger than 5,000 m2 and a limited offer currently for a single asset that exceeds this area.
