According to the Spanish Real Estate, the unit, placed at No. 5 Calle Puerta del Mar, is expected to open in 2020, with 72 rooms, restaurant, bar, gym and with 600 m2 of commercial space on the ground floor.
It will be the 7th hotel of Catalonia in Andalucía, where already has hotels in Ronda, Sevilla and Granada.
