The company is already actively searching for investments in other European countries, such as Italy and Portugal. And, in particular, in Lisbon and in Porto, which present «very attractive returns, which fit into our strategy», assures the company, quoted by EjePrime, and it is looking for markets «whose REIT regime is compatible with the Spanish REIT regime».
In the Spanish market, the company guarantees it will keep investing in locations where it is already present and in acquiring new assets, in a 30 to 35 million euro investment to be carried out this year.
Tander is owned by a fund invested by Canadian Première Alliance. It currently focus its investment in Barcelona, where it has 5 assets in the city’s prime areas, besides three other assets in Santander, San Sebastian and Bilbao.
