The management company sent a release this week stating that it is focused on the central streets of Lisbon, Porto’s Ribeira and Vila Nova de Gaia’s docks.
Daniel Leiva, founding partner at the company, comments in the release that «Lisbon is still experiencing a very important investment boost, since it is the capital. This led to the improvement of many buildings, mostly located in its historical centre, thus adding to its real estate stock».
In Gaia, the company «intends to start a new business strategy taking advantage of the synergies, when the Cidade do Vinho (Wine City) exhibition centre is finished. An impressive 30.000 sqm building which will bring around half a million visitors every year».
New businesses sould be announced «soon», since the company is «about to close several operations», quotes DV.
