The asset has a total 6.215 sqm built on a 6.373 sqm terrain. Of the total area, 4.480 sqm are destined for logistics, 560 sqm for offices, 560 sqm for the preparation of orders and 615 sqm for the basement, as reported by consultant BNP Paribas Real Estate, which advised the operation, in a release.
This unit is located in Cornellá de Llobregat which is close to both the port of Barcelona and the El Prat airport and it is currently fully leased long-term.
This transaction reinforced the investors’ bet on the logistic market. For BNP Paribas Real Estate «factors such as the exponential growth of e-commerce, the simplicity of managing logistic assets (provided it is a standard product geographically replicable with competitive construction costs) and the attractive returns it offers are turning the logistic segment into an asset class very conditioned by investors».
