This transaction is part of the management company’s diversification strategy and the tenant, which started operating in the building at the beginning of April will be the coworking company La Centrifugadora.
The building was constructed in 1905 by company Electra Valenciana and was rehabilitated by Valencian company White Investing, the building’s former owner. The asset has 6.500 sqm and is located at number 86 calle Islas Canarias.
The building will have an 800 sqm private garden and will offer flexible and fixed working stations and fully equipped offices which can host up to 900 workers.
The office building will also feature meeting and conference rooms, the latest technology in terms of connectivity and services such as: virtual offices, parcel services, fiscal domiciliation, event rooms with video-conference services and private wi-fi, among others.
This is La Centrifugadora’s only asset, boosted by Gimecons Construcciones and Contratas, Grupo Gimeno’s construction company. The project was presented last year, before Covid-19, and it was assured it will have state-of-the-art systems to promote the use of clean energies and obtain maximum energy efficiency.
