Grupo Ática and Inmoglaciar reached an agreement for the development, by the two companies together, of new construction in Valencia, for a total of 234 dwellings. These are projects, the Madrid company had already started in the province and which it will now finish, together with the Valencian developer.
Grupo Ática will be in charge of managing, administrating and marketing five of the eight housing developments Inmoglaciar had projected in Valencia. In total the investment for the 234 dwellings will reach 34 million euro, according to Alimarket.
The developments will be built in different locations across the Valencian Province: Xirivella, San Antonio de Benageber, Valencia and Alfara del Patriarca. Some of the developments have already been licensed and the ones which are pending licensing, expect to obtain it this year, so that the construction works can start.
