The news is reported by EjePrime, further detailing that one of the buildings is located at numbers 16 through 21 in Pátio do Carrasco, a derelict building, with six residential fractions and a shop, spread out over 551 sqm and 114 sqm areas, which cost 1.5 million euro.
The other building is located at numbers 5 through 7 of the same street, for a total area of 250 sqm and 4 residential fractions, and it cost 750.000 euro.
Daniel Leiva, founding partner at MK Premium, points out that «these historic buildings are located in areas of great residential demand and were unused. They may now be an answer to the lack of real estate stock» within the city. With these assets, MK Premium hopes to achive a yearly profitability close to 8%.
