It is located in a privileged area within the capital, 500 meters away from Praça Marques de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade. Number 29 at Gonçalves Crespo street is the address for this building which has 5 apartments and a private garden, which is only accessible to two of those apartments.
The building, which has 840 sqm, will be rehabilitated, but it should maintain its classic architecture, writes Spanish Eje Prime. The company expects, in this way, for the asset’s future profitability to be higher than 20%.
The acquisition is MK Premium’s first in Portugal since February when it announced a 15 million real estate investment in the country.
Daniel Leiva, one of the company’s founding partners, commented about this investment plan that «Lisbon is still experiencing a very important investment boost, as a result of being the capital. This led to improvements on many buildings, mostly located in the historic centre, thus contributing to its real estate stock increase».
Since 2018, the company specialised in real estate asset management has already invested nearly 9 million euro in Portugal, for a 9 asset portfolio.
