Grupo Insur will invest a total of 93 million euros in a new real estate development in the Sevillian municipality of Tomares, as reported by the company this Friday.
Located in the highest area of the town, next to the Olivar del Zaudín metropolitan park, the new Aljarafe neighborhood will have more than 450 homes, shops, sports, educational and leisure areas.
This new real estate development will have more than 54,000 sqm of residential area, from which more than 17,000 sqm are of tertiary land and 3,375 sqm for businesses.
With regard to the residential part, the project, which is scheduled to launch at the end of this year, will offer a typology of multi-family high-rise homes spread over several blocks.
Specifically, the first block, which will be ready in 2024, will have a total of 200 houses designed by the Eddea architecture studio.
Regarding the project, Francisco Pumar, general director of the Sevillian group, has indicated that the objective is none other than «to offer a new unique and sustainable urban provision that shows our historical commitment to Tomares».
Until now, Insur has promoted more than 600 homes in this Sevillian municipality, including single-family and multi-family, as well as three office buildings.
