Brosh lands on the Costa del Sol with an investment of 60 million euros in the development of SuiteMijas, a 50.000 sqm project consisting of 400 homes that will be carried out in several phases.
All the units will have terraces or private gardens and «the more than 4.500 sqm of common areas with swimming pools, children's playgrounds, a climbing wall, sports areas, playgrounds and extensive covered and uncovered landscaped areas will play an important role», detailed Carlos Martín, director of Brosh developments.
The developer currently has almost ten developments in the Community of Madrid and more than 1.000 homes. «We wanted to grow within the Costa del Sol, being Mijas our first destination, desired by all and with great potential. It stands out for being one of the main golf centers in southern Europe and, in addition, it offers its citizens and tourists a great quality of life», he said.
The works that have begun correspond to the first phase, where more than 100 homes will be built. They are expected to be delivered to their owners in the second half of 2023.
