The developer will invest 13 million euro in a new development within the Dos Hermanas municipality which will host around 80 dwellings, according to a release from the company.
The developer acquired a plot of land in the Entrenúcleos area, for what will be its fourth project within the Andalusian province, with a total combined area of 43.000 sqm. In total, Habitat will invest 58 million euro in Dos Hermanas, to build 350 dwellings.
The new terrain acquired by the developer has a 9.369 sqm buildable area and is fifteen minutes away by car from Seville’s city centre. «Entrenúcleos is an area which is in full swing, where the Ciudad del Conocimiento (City of Knowledge) is also located and which offers excellent accesses», the developer explained.
These developments will generate more than 800 direct and indirect jobs, according to the developer. «The acquisition of this new terrain restates our bet in the enormous potential the province of Seville has, in particular the Entrenúcleos area, where, with four developments, we will contribute significantly towards the creation of the city», stated Joaquín Martín Rodríguez, territorial manager for Western Andalusia at Habitat Inmobiliaria.
Currently, Habitat Inmobiliaria has seven developments and more than 800 dwellings being marketed in the province of Seville. Nationwide, the company presided by Juan María Nin and directed by José Carlos Saz, currently has 39 developments and around 4.000 dwellings being marketed.
