The purchase confirmed the company’s bet on the South of Spain, focusing mainly on the provinces of Malaga and Seville. The developer, with a plan to deliver 600 dwellings until 2024, is betting on developing dwellings across the entire Mediterranean.
Vía Ágora, founded by APCEspaña’s president, Juan Antonio Gómez Pintado, acquired a 10.062 sqm terrain with 13.900 sqm of buildable area in one of the best areas within the municipality of Mairena de Aljarafe.
Vía Ágora expects to start marketing its first developments in July 2021, adding this project to the ones which are already being developed in Madrid: San Jaime development in Vallecas and Valdebebas.
Vía Ágora will thus start its marketing period with a portfolio of more than 200 dwellings for direct sale. The company is also involved in several urban developments within the Community of Madrid.
