The company exceeds its goal of raising €500 million, and expects to allocate about 60% of this capital in Spanish real estate. According to Aurare, other target investment countries will be Italy, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal and Ireland.
This new fund will have the capacity to produce a real estate investment of ca. €2,600 million, with a leverage capacity of 65%. The capital in question originates mainly from the North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East; notably from large corporate and government pension funds, endowments, foundations and institutional family offices.
