The socimi is launched after Gore Spain, on MAB since January last year. The US fund has already requested CNMV to incorporate the company, whose main asset is the Las Mercedes Business Park, in Madrid, and wants shares to be circulating before the summer.
According to El Confidencial, the socimi aims to achieve gross incomes of €7.65 million per year at a yield of 6.5%.
