The shopping centre has 57 shops, including a Carrefour hypermarket, OVS Kids, Springfield and several Inditex brands, being the main shopping centre in Antequera.
According to EjePrime, this is the main asset of a set of 9 buildings for which Carmila paid a total of 25.7 million euro. The set includes 8 further shops spreadout through several Spanish commercial compelxes, two of which will only be purchased in the second semester.
