The 2 office buildings are located within the Albatros Business Park (number 11 Calle Anabel Segura) and were purchased from Acciona and Schindler Group for 65 million euro. Consultant CBRE was also involved in this operation, representing the seller, revealed newspaper El Economista.
The Albatros Business Park has 57.000 sqm, spread across 3 buildings and a car park with 128 parking spots and it is here that Acciona Inmobiliaria and Acciona Indsutrial have their offices, as do Teva Pharma and Rede Elétrica de España.
With this deal, the American companies invested a total 290 million euro on the Spanish office segment in less than 2 months.
