BentallGreenOak has entrusted Savills Aguirre Newman and BNP Paribas Real Estate with the co-exclusive marketing of its logistics platforms in Seseña and Alovera. The logistics platform in Seseña has 29,116.74 sqm, while the one in Alovera, in the construction phase, will have 38,263.85 sqm.
These latest generation platforms, with LEED Silver and Gold Certification, designed with the best qualities for large logistics operators, are strategically located in the Third Crown of the Corredor de Henares and Corredor Sur.
The platforms allow modulation for up to four tenants in Alovera and two tenants in Seseña and have an ideal structural arrangement for e-commerce and logistics distribution, free height of up to 11 meters and a high ratio of docks.
Both platforms, with quick access to high-speed roads, such as the A-2, A-4, R-2, R-4 and the M-50, allow connecting with the capital and its bordering areas in a few minutes, as well as than with the North or South of the Peninsula very quickly for urban, national and international destination logistics.
These new areas are added to the one already occupied in the Seseña and Alovera industrial estates by leading companies such as Carreras logistics, DHL, Inditex, CBL, Biogran Spain and PPCR, among others.
Today's availability of each of the projects, both Seseña and Alovera, is 100% on both platforms.
