A large part of this amount – 440 million euro – will be used in two developments. One is located at La Marina del Prat Vermell, and it will have 620 dwellings. The other will be located at Viladecans, and it will have 630 dwellings, according to newspaper Eje Prime.
The remaining 80 million euro will be used to develop other projects spread across several municipalities, such as L’Hospitalet, where the management company plans to develop 124 dwellings; Sant Cugat, which should host a 39 floor building; and Santa Perpètua de la Mogoda, which will receive 230 new dwellings.
