According to Expansión, the company is finalizing the purchase of two land plots in development in Madrid and Barcelona, for a total area of 500.000 sqm, for about 50 million euro.
«Logistic is one of the most dynamic sectors, we will start with the development of industrial terrain, but we don’t put aside, in the future, carrying out key in hand projects for tennants», explains Sven Schoel, AQ Acentor’s CEO, quoted by the same newspaper.
This year, the company will hand 550 dwellings and it also wants to grow in the development and rental sectors. It currently has 5.400 dwellings at different stages of development in the country.
