The buildings will now be renewed, in a partnership between the Spanish group and the Portuguese businessman Nuno Barroca, being expected the renewal of the façade with an urban art installation, signed by the Portuguese artist Vhils. Once the renewal process is completed, the buildings will be re-placed on the market and will be marketed under rental.
However, in order to carry out this operation, the Valencian group formed a company under the Portuguese law, the Atitlan Real Estate Porto. It should also be noted that its Portuguese partner, Nuno Barroca, is married to Marta Amorim, so part of the Amorim clan, which owns one of the largest fortunes in Portugal.
