According to EjePrime, this portfolio has an amount of 900 rooms, including the hotel Rey Don Jaime, one of the largest in Valencia. With this acquisition, Atom increases the number of assets in the portfolio to around 20 hotels all over Spain.
Bankinter, which holds 10% of socimi's capital, expects that Atom start listing on MAB during the first quarter of this year.
