The company acquired two terrains with a combined area of 120.000 sqm to build these developments. One of them has 50.000 sqm and is located in the new Viladecans (Baix Llobregat) sector. The other has 70.000 sqm and is located at the La Marina del Prat Vermell next to the Gran via de Fira de Barcelona. Each development will have 650 dwellings and the latter one will also have an office complex with 14.700 sqm.
According to Expansión, German Aquila Capital has been acting on the Spanish market in different fronts. In the housing sector alone, the company has more than 5.500 dwellings at different stages of construction. In the hotel sector, it has two projects under development in the Spanish capital, which together add 458 rooms.
