AQ Acentor, real estate developer for Aquila Capital in Spain, has announced the start of the construction works on its project AQ Parque Princesa, in the city of Malaga.
Located in the centre of the city, next to AVE train station María Zambrano, the project includes the construction of three buildings with up to 22 floors above ground, underground car parks, storage spaces connected to the apartments and 2 retail spaces on the ground floor. It will also feature communal areas, such as: spa, sports, leisure and reading areas, coworking and food, as well as a kindergarten and four swimming pools.
The construction works, carried out by Sacyr, are expected to start immediately and at the same time for the 3 buildings, since both the underground and the commercial areas are shared. The first dwellings should be ready by mid-2022 and the project should be completely finished by the start of 2023.
Sven Schoel, AQ Acentor’s CEO, stated that «AQ Parque Princesa will represent a boost in the area, regenerating and connecting areas which will serve both the new tenants and the entire city. This is a strategic project for us with which we will position ourselves as the rental housing developers with more offer projected for the city».
