Since 2018, when TM Grupo Inmobiliario began its activity in the residential tourist sector of Benidorm, the investment carried out adds up to 166 million euros. The company plans to increase this figure to 326 million by 2030.
New residential complex
The developer has just presented the Sunset Cliffs residential complex, on the Costa Blanca. This new promotion has involved an investment of 86 million euros. It is made up of two buildings with 280 homes. The first tower has 122 units and 24 floors high, while the second is made up of 158 houses and 30 floors.
On the other hand, TM Grupo Inmobiliario continues the development of projects such as Sunset Waves and Sunset Drive. More than 100 companies of different trades and an average of 200 people currently work in all these actions.
«We have a strong belief in residential tourism, proof of this is the desire of foreigners to acquire a home on the Spanish coast, and especially in the Mediterranean, due to mobility restrictions», said Pablo Serna, general manager of TM Grupo Inmobiliario.
