The REIT focus its activity in acquiring and managing real estate assets, in particular coworking and coliving spaces. Agartha Real Estate starts with three assets (Piamonte, 23; Serrano Anguita, 13 and Javier Ferrero, 10) which are destined to be used as coworking spaces.
Agartha Real Estate Socimi started as a sustainable project which, through coworking and coliving, is looking to support cities’ development and to offer different services which are increasingly more in demand. Thus, the company has become one of the first REITs in Europe to be exclusively dedicated to this type of activities, which are becoming increasingly more important in the European and American real estate markets.
«The listing at Euronext guarantees access to the company’s capital market and represents a very interesting financing alternative to secure Agartha Real Estate’s growth plan», stated Juan Portilla, managing director at Agartha Capital, investment and real estate asset management subsidiary from Agartha Real Estate SOCIMI.
The company had EY as its auditor, PWC as its legal advisor, CBRE as its independent valuator, BNP Paribas as its agent bank and Armanext as its registered advisor.
