This REIT, specialised in co-working and co-living, should start being listed with a portfolio estimated at 28 million euro, advances Cinco Días this Tuesday.
According to the same newspaper, this portfolio includes three office buildings destined for co-working and they’re all located in Madrid. One at number 13 Calle Serrano Anguita, another at number 10 Calle Ferrero, and lastly, the third one is located at number 23 Calle Piamonte in the Spanish capital.
