The group intends to place terrains and their experience in the housing market and for its financial partner to be charged with financing.
The whole operation originated with the possibility of carrying out a corporate operation to sell Áurea, according to sources from the sector. Up until now, all possibilities remain open for ACR.
Developer’s portfolio
It is estimated that Áurea’s terrain and ongoing projects’ portfolio has between 800 and 1000 dwellings, which represents more than 80 million euro.
