The 116.000 sqm building constructed in the 1940’s, will have its interior fully converted. Fnac’s flagship will have a lower level, occupying 5 floors instead of the current 9, creating room for new brands on the lower floors. The top of the building will be reserved for food areas and open-air terraces.
According to EjePrime and Europapress, the conversion works should be finished during the second quarter of 2021. Merlin’s goal is to increase the building’s rents in around 4 million euro.
