This GSE operation in Portugal, follows the one it recently initiated as a developer for Merlin Properties to build another 100.000 sqm platform in Azuqueca de Henares, representing a 27 million euro investment.
Identifying «the logistic market’s good moment», the company’s great focus is the «last mile» and assets between 5.000 and 20.000 sqm on the outskirts of cities. And it doesn’t put aside «entering the office or logistic retail markets» as advanced by Ramón Lázaro, director of development at GSE, to EjePrime.
This will be GSE’s second project in Portugal. The exact location of this new platform was not disclosed.
