The Attica21 chain acquires its first hotel in Madrid

The hotel chain Attica21 has acquired its first establishment in Madrid, with the purchase of the Gran Hotel Las Rozas.

Belonging to the Inveravante corporation, founded at the beginning of 2007 by Manuel Jove, and with hotels in Galicia and Barcelona, Attica21 Hotels carried out the necessary integration and adaptation process to bring this new hotel to the chain’s standards, to begin to operate under the Attica21 brand at the beginning of 2017 with the name Gran Hotel Attica21 Las Rozas.

Situated in the heart of the Centro Empresarial de Las Rozas, beside the Autovía A-6 to A Coruña and just a few minutes from the centre of Madrid, this is a modern 4 star hotel with 90 double rooms including 3 junior suites and 3 adapted bedrooms

Focused equally on the business client and the leisure client, the hotel has restaurant services, business events and meetings. To this end, there is a cafeteria with a terrace, a banquet and events salon with a capacity for 200 people (Mirador Las Rozas), with ample outside space, gardens, terraces, facilities for civil wedding ceremonies, and an outside space for aperitifs; plus 570 m2 for meeting rooms. There is also a Fitness Centre and private parking.
