The Socimi Vitruvio has closed a sale transaction with Cartera de Inversiones Prime, of a 455 sqm premises located at number 28 Calle Génova, according to the newspaper El Confidencial.
The establishment, which is leased to the Pointer restaurant with a 12-year contract and an income of 62,000 euros per year, was acquired by the socimi led by Joaquín López Chicheri in May 2015.
This place located on the ground floor of the Centro Colón, housed before being divided into several independent spaces in 2014, the famous Riofrío cafeteria.
